  1. General Information about Warranty

Toyzler guarantees that the materials and technical methods in every Toyzler product will be suitable for its intended use. All Toyzler products are made with some of the highest standards in the industry. However, something might go wrong in the production process, resulting in a product’s defect or shortcoming. This would then be a warranty case. The product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded by us. We offer a 2-year limited warranty for Toyzler products from the date of purchase.

Keep in mind that this warranty applies to all products purchased directly from Toyzler.com.

Intended Use: Toyzler products are designed for personal indoor use by children. Our products cannot be placed in water, left outside under sunlight, or treated with oils or chemicals.

Natural Variations: We use natural wood, meaning that each piece of wood has its own unique pattern. Variations in color and wood grain patterns, textures, mineral streaks, pitch pockets, etc., make your product so distinctive, natural, and beautiful. They will not be considered errors or defects.

  1. What does this warranty cover?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects could be the breakage of components and damage during normal private use caused by defective workmanship and/or manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

We would be happy to replace your defective item under our warranty as long as all conditions are met. Please note that we will determine whether an item is defective or not upon review. We will examine each situation on a case-by-case basis and offer you repair or replacement only if determined to be defective.

  1. What This Warranty Does Not Cover?

We used the best quality materials in Toyzler product designs. However, Toyzler products are designed for personal use and are intended for indoor use by children. Before making a warranty claim, please read the information, circumstances, and acts above that may void the warranty claims.

  • Unauthorized Modifications:

We do not recommend any changes or modifications as they will endanger the product’s design and performance- this includes

When you change or modify your product, you run the risk of using unapproved, low-quality parts, which might cause damage to your product- including being treated with oils or chemicals.

Modifications, unauthorized repairs, and alterations to Toyzler products will void any future warranty.

  • Natural Degradation and Variations:

Variations in color and wood grain patterns, textures, mineral streaks, pitch pockets, etc., are not considered defects or errors. A product showing signs of age is often the result of natural degradation- such as scratches, discoloring, normal wear and tear, or other natural alterations.

We reserve the right to determine what is considered normal wear and tear and will examine each situation on a case-by-case basis.

  • Use for Commercial Purposes:

Toyzler products are designed for individual use indoors. Warranty is not applicable if the product is used for commercial purposes. Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, use in stores or any other place of business.

  • Improper Installation/Mounting and Damages due to Misuse:

Toyzler products come with user instructions. Occurred damages or failures due to failure to observe instructions and/or mounting steps and incorrect and poor installation are not included in this warranty. The warranty does not cover errors and damages resulting from misuse and inappropriate or careless handling of the product or using the product other than its intended use.

  1. Warranty Process
  • Goods Damaged in Transit

Our products are quality-checked and deemed in perfect condition prior to leaving the factory. We request you check and inspect your product immediately upon arrival. Please make a thorough inspection of the product and its packaging and note any pieces of evidence that show hints of damage.

Please do not receive the package or do not sign any shipment documents (such as proof of delivery (PoD) document) unless you are sure they have arrived in perfect condition. If your product or/and its packaging show any pieces of evidence of damage, document the type of damage (e.g., defective packaging, footmarks on the package, dented or torn box, etc.) on the delivery papers of the carrier and confirm this by signature and send us a photo of the box and the delivery paper.

In case of damaged products in transit, you need to send us an e-mail by attaching photos of the damaged box with delivery papers showing damages through support@toyzler.com within 5 business days of receipt.

If the box is not exactly damaged on the outside, but the goods are revealed to have been damaged after opening (invisible/hidden transport damage), take photos of the outer and inner packaging and of the goods in the packaging and report it to us through support@toyzler.com within 5 working days.

Do not send back any item before first requesting. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • How to make a warranty claim?

To make a warranty claim or obtain service under this limited warranty, please send us an e-mail (support@toyzler.com) including the following information;

  1. Your Name, Address and Telephone Number
  2. Proof of Purchase
  3. Claim Details (which help explain the defect)

Also, these documents would be very helpful for shortening our first assessment process;

  1. A description of the defect
  2. Photo(s) of the entire product
  3. Close-up photo(s) of the defect

We will respond to your query within 14 working days after the first assessment.

In case of doubt or insufficient information, or in case of a repairable product, we would ask you to send the product back to us and provide you with a free shipment code by e-mail. Further details will be communicated per case.

  • Despatching Products for Examination

Products should be returned to us for evaluation and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. You are responsible for despatching items to Toyzler. In order to keep products in the best condition possible during transit, we request you package them carefully to avoid damage. After the first evaluation, we will ask you to return the product for examination. Shipment is free when shipped using the courier provided by Toyzler. You will be responsible for the cost of having the product returned to you if the fault of the product is not covered by this warranty.

NOTE: Please remember that variations in color and wood grain patterns, textures, mineral streaks, pitch pockets, etc., are not considered defects or errors; therefore, they are not covered by the warranty.

  • Repairing or Replacing the Product

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Therefore, we will do our best to process the warranty by replacing or repairing your product for free if a warranty claim is justified and falls under the mentioned guarantees. We will do this within a reasonable period from the time that we receive them. Please understand that we may need the time to test the product, repair or replace it, and ship it back to you.

Usually, we will offer to repair it if there is a minor fault by changing it with genuine spare parts. In the event of major errors, we may elect repair and mostly replace your product. However, Toyzler alone will decide what type of remedial action will be taken.

  • Spare Parts

Customer satisfaction and sustainability are one of the most vital things for us. Therefore, in some cases, even if the errors or defects are your faults, we may still be able to help repair or replace parts at a nominal cost. Please consider the changes that occur during the woods’ natural aging process affect its color and grain, and each piece of wood has its own unique pattern. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the replacements will match the finish and appearance of the original product.
