Toyzler Returns, Cancelation and Refund Policy

It is OK to change your mind.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your TOYZLER product ordered from https://toyzler.com/  you can return it within 14 business days of receipt of delivery. A condition for a full refund of your return is that the product/products are returned in the same condition as when you received the order. In other words, returns should be in prior to installation, in its original package, complete, unused, and undamaged condition. After receiving and accepting your return, we aim to process your return and issue a refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

How to return your Toyzler product?

To start a return procedure, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to support@toyzler.com. You can also electronically fill in and submit Toyzler Withdrawal Form on our website.

If you send an e-mail, please provide the following information in your e-mail:

  • Personal details (name, address, phone number)
  • Order number
  • The reason for return –if there is any

Products sent back to us without our return reference will not be accepted.

You can request your free shipping code for return by sending an e-mail to support@toyzler.com. Original ordered product(s) in an order can be returned only once for a refund.

The receipt or proof of purchase should be included in the package. Products must be sent in the original packaging.

Please note that only products that have been purchased directly through Toyzler.com can be returned to us. Toyzler products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policies.

Refund

After receiving the return, we will process your return and issue a refund provided that the product meets all requirements (be in prior to installation, in its original package, complete, unused, and undamaged condition). Any products returned in an unsellable state will be returned to the customer and the refund will not be processed. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods.

Once you have received confirmation that your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. We aim to issue your refund within 14 business days of receiving the return. This may take a little longer depending on how long it takes your payment provider to process the payment.

Cancellation and Exchange

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can fully or partially cancel orders ordered from Toyzler.com, prior to its dispatch from Toyzler. To cancel your order, you can send an e-mail to support@toyzler.com . In this condition, we will initiate refunds within 14 business days from the date on which we received the request from you. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Cancellation After Dispatch

We are sorry that we do not accept post-dispatch cancellation of orders. In this situation, you need to start the return process. Cancellation after dispatch is subject to the return process. Please check ‘How to return your Toyzler product?’

Exchange

We are not able to offer an exchange on orders. In this case, you are subjected to the return process. In other words, if you need a different product or a different model or color of your product, you will need to place a new order. To get your refund, you must follow the return process steps.
