How do I become a member?

You can complete your membership with the password that you will create by entering an active e-mail address that you use from the Login > Subscribe field located at the top right of the page.

I forgot my password, how can I log in?

If you have forgotten your password, you can log in to your account by resetting the password.

The steps you will follow for this;

Click on the ’Forgot password‘ post from the ’Member Login’ page. When you enter your e-mail address for your membership and say ‘Send’, a link will be sent to your relevant e-mail address.

You can make your new password creation process by clicking on the incoming link.

If the link has not reached you, check your spam folder.

In addition, you can make your password change at any time from the ’My Account >My User Information >Password Update’ section.

How do I register my delivery address?

You can define a delivery address by clicking on the ‘Add October’ button on the My account > My account settings > My address information page.

How can I place an order?

Just follow these steps to place an order:

You can add the products you want to buy from the product pages to your cart by clicking October ‘Add to Cart’ button.

You can select one of your registered addresses from the pay screen, or add a new address information.

If you want to enter your card information on the same screen and pay in installments, you can complete your payment transaction by selecting one of the installment options.

Can I place an order without being a member?

You can place an order without being a member. To do this, just add the products you want to buy from the product pages to the cart and say ‘Continue Without a Member’ from the screen that appears in the ‘Confirm cart’ step. You can follow up the information about the order you placed without being a member from the e-mail address you shared during the order. We recommend that you place an order as a member in order to have access to the information about your orders.

Is the delivery fee charged for orders?

You can make delivery fees from the shipping fee calculation section on the my cart page.

How can I pay?

You can pay by credit/debit card or wire transfer/EFT. After entering your card information, if they are installment products, you can select one of the installment options and complete your purchase.

There is no pay option at the door.

When will my order arrive?

The products you have purchased will be delivered within the delivery date December specified on the product detail page. You can also access the delivery date of the products you purchased from the “My Orders” page in the “My Account“ section.
